You have 15 days from the date of receiving the product to request a return.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

• The product must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received.
• It must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and manuals.

3. Non-Returnable Products

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

• Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or accidents.
• Products purchased as part of a discount or promotional offer.
• UV-C lamps whose lifespan has been significantly reduced due to use.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

2. Provide your order details and the reason for the return.
3. We will provide you with a return label and shipping instructions.

5. Return Shipping Costs

• If the product is defective or incorrectly shipped, we will cover the return shipping costs.
• If you are returning the product for any other reason, return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

6. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
• If the returned product does not meet the conditions, no refund will be granted, and the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to recover the item.

7. Product Exchanges

If the product is defective or damaged, you can request an exchange for the same item at no additional cost, subject to availability. Please contact us to start the exchange process.
